The mission of Action 22 is to speak with a single unified voice on issues of mutual concern and to give the communities of southern Colorado a stronger voice in the State Legislature and in Washington, D.C.

SCEDD is a non-profit organization whose membership is the 13 counties of Southeastern Colorado. From Leadville to Trinidad to Springfield, SCEDD has helped counties and communities find ways to position themselves to attract and accept new businesses. SCEDD helps with planning and finding funds for improving infrastructure so areas are ready when a business comes calling.
